When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 3 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless you received the wrong product or it was delivered in a condition other than what you ordered.

If you received the wrong product or a damaged product, we will replace it (if possible) or send a full refund for the applicable product. 

How do I track my orders?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping code. You can track it via the tracking site or contact us if you need help.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship orders to Europe. We will let you know when we add more regions.
